Our founder has been in business since 2003. We are a family operated business looking to serve other families the best way we can, cleaning your home to give you back the extra time to spend with your family or other activities. Sue
Sue got started in this industry when she was 11 years old, shadowing her mom and aunts when they had cleaning jobs on the weekends. Now she is the owner of Next Level Cleaning. She is a mom, wife, sister and entrepreneur. Her vision for Next Level Cleaning is to build a company that serves its clients to the best of its abilities and give house cleaners a platform to grow their cleaning clientele.
Silvana
Silvana has been serving her clients since 2003, the founder of Next Level Cleaning. Some clients have been with her for almost 15 years. Her clients extol her ability of being proactive and her attention to each clients’ particular preferences. She is an amazing example to her daughters and to new cleaners of what hard work, patience, dedication, and grit can accomplish in the service industry.
Our History
In the beginning Next Level had no name. Silvana built her small book of clientele with just word of mouth referrals, she had the tenacity to build a small business after coming to America to provide for her family with a better future, Silvana did not speak English, she did know one thing however, how to keep a place clean and organized.
We were founded in 2003 by Silvana, now owned an operated by her daughter, Sue. Sue grew up watching Silvana build a career in the cleaning industry, she had a bigger vision for the company Silvana had built. Sue began to reach more clients, expanding into a larger company and thats is when Next Level Cleaning Services was officially born.
When COVID-19 hit, Sue started to employ people again so she was able to give cleaners in the South Florida area the ability to work again and grow a network for themselves through the aide of Next Level Cleaning Services.
Sue’s vision started with family and providing services but it expanded into giving an opportunity to others to thrive.
