Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly do we do? Why are we different?
Our goal is to meet all of your expectations of a clean, fresh, healthy home/office, then surpass your expectations with our experience and knowledge of what makes a home feel perfect and peaceful. We have a team of experienced cleaners that asses what it will take to clean your environment and get to work until the job is done. See our checklist at the bottom of this page.
What is the difference between a deep cleaning and a standard cleaning?
A deep cleaning is an in-depth and detailed cleaning. In addition to all that is cleaned with a standard cleaning, some of the items on our deep cleaning checklist includes: baseboards, wall and door trims, fan and fan blades, interior window and window sills, blinds, light switches and light bulbs, door knobs, under and behind furniture, wall dust, cobwebs, outside of all cabinets, inside and around appliances. We expect to take extra effort and time to prepare so our next visit a standard cleaning will be enough to leave your home/office feeling fresh and new.
Why do you charge more for a first time cleaning?
First time cleaning is a deep cleaning throughout the whole house or office. An accumulation of dirt, dust, grease, grime, pet dander and hair, requires more time, more product, and multiple attempts to be cleaned to our standards. After a first time deep cleaning, this level of clean can be maintained on a weekly, bi-weekly basis with a standard cleaning. After the first time, we understand the level of effort required and can plan accordingly to meet and exceed your expectations every time.
Are products and equipment provided?
Our cleaners are equipped with everything it takes to make your home/office perfect. You may provide the products and equipment you would like us to use. We try to use “green” environmentally safe products that protect your property as well as our hands as much as possible, but for some jobs stronger products are necessary. Lysol disinfectant products are proven by the CDC to be effective at killing coronavirus (COVID-19). We use microfiber and cotton cloth as well as wash and disinfect our equipment after every job. Paper towels are limited to bathroom and sanitary areas.
What is a move out/move in cleaning?
We understand that moving into a new place is very exciting and a time of new beginnings. Our move in cleaning is designed to give you the peace of mind that your new home is free of any dust, dirt, grease, grime, pet, and human remains. We do much of the same work as a deep cleaning, but in addition we clean inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets, air duct openings, and ceiling dust.
Move out cleanings are the best way to leave your home ready to show to prospective tenants or buyers. We work with AirBnB and VRBO hosts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, digital payments like Zelle, Venmo, Square CashApp.
What are we doing about COVID-19?
We are taking safety precautions to help mitigate the risk associated with COVID-19. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and we use products that are effective against coronavirus per CDC guidelines.
