Kitchen, inside and out
Oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher cleaned inside. Every cabinet and drawer wiped out. Counters, backsplash and sink scrubbed.
Bathrooms back to white
Tub, shower, toilet, tile and vanity scrubbed and sanitized. Mirrors and fixtures descaled. Cabinets wiped inside.
Walls, trim & doors
Baseboards and door frames hand-wiped. Switch plates, doors and scuff marks cleaned. Closet shelves wiped.
High places
Ceiling fans, vents and light fixtures dusted down. Cobwebs cleared from corners.
Windows
Sills and tracks vacuumed and wiped. Interior glass on doors cleaned.
Floors
Every floor vacuumed, swept and mopped, including closets and under where the furniture used to be.

Does the home need to be empty?
It goes fastest when it is, because we can reach inside every cabinet and under where the furniture stood. If boxes are still in place, tell us and we’ll plan around them.
Do the utilities need to be on?
Yes. We need running water and electricity to clean properly.
Will this get my deposit back?
We clean to a landlord walkthrough standard and cover the areas inspectors check first: inside appliances, bathrooms, baseboards and floors. If anything we cleaned gets flagged within 48 hours, we come back and re-clean it free.
How much notice do you need?
The earlier the better at the end of the month, when move-outs stack up. Send your date as soon as you have it and we’ll hold it.
